Q1: How does the custom commission process work?

A: First, share your reference photos, creature concepts, preferred colors and detailed requirements. We will confirm the design details, size, schedule and all specifications with you. Once confirmed, your exclusive artwork will be finished with meticulous handmade craftsmanship.

问：定制委托流程是怎样的？

答：首先请提供参考图、生物设定、配色及具体需求。我们会与你确认设计细节、尺寸与排单时间。确认无误后，你的专属作品将以手工匠心完成。

Q2: Are there any natural characteristics of handmade artworks?

A: All handmade artworks naturally carry subtle handcrafted traces and slight individual differences. These unique details are not defects, but exclusive marks of handcrafted art. Please place your order carefully if you are a perfectionist who pursues zero-flaw industrial finished products.

问：手工作品有哪些天然特性？

答：所有手工作品都会带有细微手工痕迹与轻微个体差异，这些自然细节并非瑕疵，是手工艺术独有的专属特质。追求工业极致完美的完美主义者，请谨慎下单。

Q3: How long does a custom artwork take to finish?

A: Every piece is 100% handmade and completely unique. The production time normally takes 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity. Orders may be postponed due to queue scheduling, and the exact updated timeline will be notified by the creator. If you need the artwork for a specific date such as birthdays or holidays, please contact us in advance to arrange your schedule.

问：定制作品制作周期多久？

答：所有作品均为100%纯手工、独一无二制作。根据作品复杂度，制作周期约2–4周。如遇排单顺延延期情况，具体交付时间将由作者另行告知。若你有生日、节日等指定交付日期，请提前沟通预留档期。

Q4: What is the deposit and balance payment rule for custom orders?

A: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total order value is required to reserve your production queue spot. The deposit covers platform transaction fees and administrative costs and counts toward your final total. The remaining balance must be fully paid before the finished artwork is shipped. We will not arrange delivery until the full balance is received.

问：定制订单定金与尾款如何支付？

答：定制订单需支付总价50%定金锁定排单档期，定金用于抵扣平台手续费与处理成本，不予全额退还。剩余尾款需在作品制作完成、发货前结清，尾款未付清不予发货。

Q5: Can I cancel or refund my custom order?

A: Before production officially starts, you may cancel your commission. A cancellation fee (up to 10% of the total order value) will be deducted to cover transaction fees, taxes and processing losses. If only the deposit is paid, the deposit will be retained as the cancellation compensation. Once your deposit is paid, if your order remains in the queue for more than 60 days without cancellation request, the order is confirmed valid and no further cancellation or refund will be accepted, even if production has not started. Once production officially begins, no cancellation, refund or partial refund is available under any circumstances.

问：我是否可以取消定制订单或申请退款？

答：在正式开工前，你可申请取消定制，平台手续费、税费及处理成本将从退款中扣除（最高扣订单总价10%）；若仅支付定金，定金将作为取消费用不予退还。支付定金后，订单排单滞留超过60天未主动取消，系统默认订单生效，即使尚未开工也不再接受任何取消与退款。一旦正式开工，无论任何情况，订单不可取消、不予退款。

Q6: Will I get progress updates and previews? Can I request changes?

A: We will send final preview photos for your confirmation before completing and shipping the artwork. Minor adjustments can be made during the production stage. Once you confirm the preview, no further modifications or refunds will be available.

问：是否可以查看制作进度、修改细节？

答：作品完工、发货前我们会提供最终预览图供你确认，制作过程中可进行合理微调。一旦你确认预览无误，不再接受修改需求与退款申请。

Q7: Do you ship internationally? Is the packaging safe?

A: Yes, we provide worldwide shipping with full tracking and shipping insurance. Every delicate custom creature is carefully packed in a sturdy collector gift box with protective cushioning. Each piece comes with an adoption certificate, safely prepared for its new home.

问：是否支持国际配送？包装是否安全？

答：我们支持全球配送，全程物流可追踪且含运输保险。每一件定制作品都会使用加固收藏礼盒+缓冲防护包装，并附带专属领养证书，安全送达你的手中。

Q8: What is the return and after-sales policy for custom artworks?

A: Custom handmade artworks are uniquely personalized and non-returnable by default. Returns are only acceptable if the artwork is severely damaged during transit. You must provide clear photos of both the artwork and original packaging within 24 hours after delivery. Damage caused by improper storage, post-delivery accidental damage or buyer’s remorse is not eligible for return or refund.

问：定制作品售后退换规则是什么？

答：定制手作属于专属个性化作品，默认不支持无理由退换。仅作品在运输途中造成破损时支持售后处理，需在签收24小时内提供作品及原包装破损凭证。个人存放不当、收货后人为损坏、单纯不喜欢等个人原因，均不支持退换退款。

Q9: What materials are used for the artworks?

A: Needle felting artworks are crafted from naturally dyed, non-toxic wool, paired with glass eyes and sturdy metal wire frames. Fantasy creature art dolls are made of mixed materials, including polymer clay, fabric, filling materials, metal and glass. Both art forms are exquisite collectible artworks.

问：作品使用什么材质？

答：羊毛毡作品采用天然羊毛无害染色，搭配玻璃凸眼、金属骨架材质戳制而成。幻想生物艺术玩偶由软陶、毛布、填充物、金属、玻璃等综合材质制作。两种艺术作品均属于精致收藏艺术品。

Q10: How do I protect and maintain my artwork?

A: Both art forms are exquisite collectible artworks. Please keep them away from humid environments, direct sunlight and pet contact. Do not wash the artwork with water or apply strong external impact and heavy pressure. For daily maintenance, dust can be removed with a camera air blower or a soft brush. Displaying the artwork in a glass cabinet is the best way for long-term preservation.

问：日常如何保护和保养作品？

答：两种艺术作品均属于精致收藏艺术品。需避免放置于潮湿环境、长期暴晒以及被宠物触碰，不可水洗、避免外力重击与挤压。日常积灰可使用相机镜头吹球吹扫，或用软毛刷轻轻清理，放置于玻璃展示柜中保存效果最佳。
