Q1: Where do you ship from, and which couriers do you use?

A: We provide worldwide shipping services via reliable international couriers. All items are shipped from China. All packages come with full tracking information and shipping insurance. A logistics tracking link will be sent via email after shipment.

Q2: What is the approximate shipping transit time?

A: In-stock artworks will be inspected, packed and shipped within 3–5 working days. International delivery generally takes 7–15 working days, depending on the destination region and customs clearance progress. For custom-made artworks, please refer to the Custom Commission Q&A for relevant production and delivery schedules.

问：运输时效大概多久？

答：现货作品会在3–5个工作日内完成检查、打包与发货。国际运输时效通常为7–15个工作日，具体取决于收货地区与海关清关进度。定制作品的制作及发货时效详见定制订单Q&A说明。

Q3: How are handmade artworks packaged for shipment?

A: Every delicate handmade artwork is carefully packed with sturdy collector gift boxes and professional buffer cushioning materials, which greatly avoids extrusion and damage during transportation and ensures intact delivery.

问：手作作品如何包装？

答：每一件精致手作作品，均采用坚固收藏礼盒搭配专业缓冲包装，最大程度规避运输挤压与损伤，保障作品完好送达。

Q4: Does the price include tariffs and import taxes?

A: International orders may incur import duties and local taxes of the destination country. All related fees are not included in the product price and shall be borne by the recipient.

问：价格是否包含关税与进口税费？

答：国际订单可能产生收货地国家的进口税费，相关费用不包含在作品定价内，需由收件人自行承担。

Q5: How is the shipping fee calculated?

A: International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country, package weight and dimensional size. The courier will take the larger value between the actual gross weight and volumetric weight as the final billing weight. Final shipping cost varies by region and logistics channel. We will provide an accurate shipping quote according to your order situation.

问：运费怎么算？

答：国际运费根据收货国家、包裹实际重量与外包装尺寸综合核算。物流取实际重量和体积重量二者最大值作为计费重量，不同地区、物流渠道运费标准不同，最终运费会根据你的订单情况单独精准报价。

Q6: What are the shipping terms for materials and tools?

A: Art materials and tool shipments follow standard international logistics rules, same as artwork shipping. All material packages are fully trackable and insured. Material orders are packed with basic protective packaging, and minor surface scratches or slight extrusion caused by normal transportation are not covered by after-sales compensation.

问：材料与工具的运输条款是什么？

答：艺术材料、工具类货品运输遵循通用国际物流规则，配送、追踪、保险服务与作品订单一致。材料订单采用基础防护包装，正常运输产生的轻微表面划痕、轻微挤压等不影响使用的情况，不在售后理赔范围内。
